Tom Travis....If you've ever heard Bob Kingsley on American Country Countdown, it's not me! I've been playing radio since 1983 and it's always been country music I've played. I've worked in Little Rock, Fayetteville and Ft. Smith Arkansas, Oklahoma City and a rumored short career in Jamaica (I don't remember much about it). I'm a married father of 5 ranging from 23 years to 6 months (3 girls and 2 boy). I Love God, Country and Country Music! You'll find me parked in front of anything sports and / or the Military Channel.
Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley has found a permanent way to commemorate the success of the duo's breakthrough hit, "Cruise." He's getting a tattoo.
Brian says he believes bandmate Tyler Hubbard plans to get inked as well. He adds that they might get matching tattoos, but they haven't settled on that idea just yet.
"Cruise" was Florida Georgia Line's debut single. The song topped the Billboard Country Song and Country Airplay charts last December.
Brian says he thinks it's an important accomplishment to honor. He explains that while he hopes Florida Georgia Line has more hits, there are no guarantees in the music business.

(TMZ) - Country superstar Jason Aldean has filed for divorce, after cheating on his wife last fall, TMZ reports.
Aldean announced last week he had separated from his wife and high school sweetheart Jessica Ussery.
You'll recall, the singer was pictured kissing Season 11 "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr on the Sunset Strip in September.
Aldean and Ussery initially tried to patch things up - and they even walked a red carpet side-by-side back in November - but clearly, that didn't work out.
The separation was announced on April 26th. TMZ has learned Aldean filed divorce papers the same day in Tennessee.
Aldean and Ussery have been married since 2001 and have 2 kids together.

(Yahoo!) - When sibling trio The Band Perry entered the Ram Country studios to perform some of their new tunes, the atmosphere was considerably jubilant. The sibling trio had just come off a very successful release week for their new album, Pioneer, which entered the country albums chart at No. 1 and the all-genreBillboard 200 at No. 2.
This would be fantastic news at any time, but it's especially sweet for the young band, who were in the enviable-but-stressful position of following up their massively successful debut—resulting in a bit of wracked nerves preceding the album's actual street date.
"The one terrorizing phrase in all of the whole world for us has been sophomore slump," admits eldest sibling and lead vocalist Kimberly Perry. "So I think we really felt the weight of responsibility coming off the heels of the first album."
"Not only that, there’s kind of this cliché in Nashville that you have your whole life to write your first album...and a few months to write your second album," adds youngest brother Neil Perry. "We felt that, but [with] added pressure."
Middle child Reid Perry agrees: "When we released Pioneer we were biting our fingernails and staying close to the emails to see what all the numbers were," he recalls. "Just because, you've worked for the past 18 months on something you put your whole heart and soul into, and you don’t want anyone to tell you that it's not beautiful or it's not pretty."
