How many times have you cut down the volume and asked yourself why commercials are so much louder?!

Come today, they won’t be. It turns out the FCC has noticed, too.  The Federal Communications Commission will now regulate the audio levels of TV commercials.

Congress has been working on this since 2008, and the Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation (CALM) Act is now in effect.
