Feel Good Story: Two Magic City Ford employees became concerned about a longtime customer who didn’t bring her car in for a scheduled check-up and never called.

When the employees could not reach her by phone [on the day they expected her and the following morning], they decided to go by her home. The woman didn’t answer the door, and a small stack of newspapers had not been picked up, so the two employees contacted authorities.

The woman was found on the floor inside her home suffering from frostbite and hypothermia. She is now recovering at a Roanoke hospital, thanks to the concern and compassion of the two employees. Heartwarming. Source: WDBJ
