Snow showers on Fridays are becoming quite common around here!

Friday begins with sunshine, but the clouds will roll in by afternoon. A rain and snow mix tonight will turn to snow showers overnight.

The snow showers will continue for most of the day on Saturday. Central Virginia's expecting anywhere from a dusting to an inch. The mountain areas will see between 1 and 3 inches.  

The temperatures will be in the 30's on Friday.

Our friends up north will once again be hit with accumulating snow-- I'm sure they'd be happy to ship it our way!   Photos: weather.com
