A father who lost his job in May struck gold with the Oregon lottery!

Riley Gunn, his wife and three children had moved into a one-room cabin that his sister owned. The other day, he stopped to buy corndogs at a convenience store and purchased $16 worth of lottery tickets-- an investment that truly paid off!

The Daily Mail reports that the Gunns had to borrow money from a friend to make the 200-mile drive to Oregon Lottery headquarters to pick up their check.
