A private plane with four people on board crash landed at the Roanoke Regional Airport Tuesday morning.

No one was hurt.

The landing gear on the twin-engine King Air plane apparently malfunctioned. A wheel reportedly collapsed. While the plane landed without fire and without injuries, the runways at the airport were  closed for several hours.

The plane remained on the tarmac until a crane moved it out of the way this afternoon.
