Taylor Swift adds three more awards to her trophy case after taking Europe by storm. Taylor picked up wins for Best Female, Best Live Act, and Best Look at the MTV Europe Music Awards held in Frankford, Germany on Sunday night.

Taylor looked beautiful in her vintage gown and closed the show with her hit "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together!"
