A little about me...
This is my 30th year in the Radio business. I started waaaaay back in 1982, on THIS Radio Station, when it was located on Depot Street, in Amherst. It had different call letters then, but it was on the same frequency then that it's on now... 107.9! This is actually my third time working for WYYD, and I'm happy to be back on the air every weekday
afternoon from 2 to 7pm. Home these days is in Campbell County, with my wife Debbie, and my kids
Jacob, and Anna.
Our favorite recreational activity is camping. We have a travel trailer that we take to the beach, or to the mountains, or just about any campground in between. Jellystone Campground in Natural Bridge Station is probably our favorite place to spend a long weekend. Jacob and Anna play baseball, and softball, respectively, so attending their games is something else we enjoy as a family. I'm extremely lucky to have a job that's as much fun as being on the air on
WYYD. If you enjoy listening even a fraction as much as I enjoy being here, then my jobs done!
Thanks for reading, and thanks for listening to 107.9 WYYD!
